The Non-Profit Center is owned and operated by CDSA, a private, nonprofit, community action agency. Purchased by CDSA in 2009, and fully renovated after completion of a successful capital campaign, the center currently houses eight nonprofit organizations.

The co-location of nonprofit organizations makes services more easily accessible and promotes collaboration, while reducing duplication efforts. In addition, nonprofits are able to lower their operating costs by sharing a receptionist and technology. Organizations share a boardroom, training space, banquet area and kitchen in one highly visible, state-of-the-art facility.
